3 books I’d give as Christmas presents

I’m spend­ing much more time in malls and shops this month — must be the sea­son.  One of my favour­ite places to spend time is a book shop. Any book shop. Some­thing about them just make me happy.

This year, I spot­ted three books that I’m con­sid­er­ing either giv­ing or get­ting for myself, just ’cause they’re so darn cool, for vari­ous reas­ons (Amazon affil­i­ate links):

• How to Read a Pho­to­graph: Les­sons from Mas­ter Pho­to­graph­ers — I find I’m learn­ing to ima­gine what went into set­ting up these pho­tos, what con­text influ­enced the cre­ation of the image. Very neat!
• Trust Agents: Using the Web to Build Influ­ence, Improve Repu­ta­tion, and Earn Trust — relates to work, and mod­ern life. Build­ing Social Cap­ital in a con­nec­ted world.
• It’s Begin­ning To Look A Lot Like Zom­bies — pure Christ­mas fun.
