I’m testing out the new build of Windows Live Writer, and am actually liking the results — so far. This is the first post I’ve created using the new build.

I had less success with the previous version, and dropped it like a hot potato: my posting tool of choice has been Performancing ScribeFire, but hey, there’s a new kid on the block so why not give it a chance.

So I am. And will. Stay tuned as I try more posts from Windows Live Writer…I’ll keep you in the loop.

I’m currently using Semagic for posting to LJ, but I’m going to give this a try based upon your recommendation. Thanks! :)

Actually I’m still liking my experience with Live Writer. I have it installed on three computers now, have posted and edited posts from all three, and it works as I expect it to. I’ve not been surprised yet.

I’m thinking I’ll do a more detailed review after I feel much more comfortable with it.

Please do try it out and let me know what you think! For free, it’s hard to beat.
