Web-based multi-headed IM client worth looking at.

Meebo is one of those niche online utilities that you can easily overlook, but that would be bad. Meebo is an Instant Message(IM) Integration tool — a multi-headed IM client — tha lets you connect to all your IM accounts in one interface.

From the client level, this is no great innovation. Trillian excels at this as a stand-alone executable. Where Meebo shines though, is that it works through your browser. Similar to MSN’s webmessenger, except that you can also access AOL’s IM, Yahoo’s IM, Google’s IM, ICQ, and Jabber, through most organizational firewalls designed to block ‘normal’ IM traffic. Cool Tech.
