Now you can DELETE your Gmail…

Yep, if you use Gmail (as I do) you now have a Delete but­ton for unwanted email. Before it was bur­ied in the drop­down menu under More Actions… Pre­vi­ously, it was called ‘Move to Trash…’

As far as I know, Google really doesn’t want people delet­ing their email, as it gives their data min­ing algorithms much more fod­der to chew over, so by increas­ing the prom­in­ence of the but­ton, they really appear to be listen­ing to their users.

Well done Google!
